    I bought a property with 5% deposit and i had to pay morgage lenders insurance(around 9000$)
    Now iam able to refinance it with other bank with 10% deposit .

    The previous bank said that becoz the loan was less than 12 months with them they will refund 40% of lenders mortage insurance back.

    Do peopel have any idea about this mortagage rebate ??
