    Im sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but where is the best place to look for positivly geared properties.

    I have been looking for about 2 yeasrs(obviously in the wrong places).
    Any tips would be welcome.

    dave sadly you have been looking in the wrong places because up until say 6 months ago they were all over the place, in every regional city and town in Australia.

    i assume from your question you are in Melb. or Sydney. you need to look further afield.

    sorry you are NOW looking with 1,000’s of others.
