    How many of you buy & holders out there buy positive cashflow Weatherboard homes?? What is maintanence like on these??

    Weatherboard homes require painting every ten or so years depending on the quality of the paint.

    They also may need work on the stumps or piers.

    However if work is needed then it is not usually too expensive.
