Hi guys,very new to this”investing” thing!just bought my first investment property in devonprot tasmania,and know am very keen on investing in property in nz.I have been particully interested in property in the south island,in and around the christchurch region.Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on areas or places that would be of good investment opportunities for myself and any other interested investors.cheers shaun.
