    Hiya,

    How to start my portfolio, I earn 40K in wages, have 2 IP’s @ 200K each ( total 20K rentals ) each under one mortgage with 250K borrowed & at least 45K cash.

    I’d like my company to trade via family trust fund however I’m under the impression this is not the best way for portfolio strategy, can someone tell me is using my entity better then ANY forms of trusts?
