Hi all,
Just wondering, what would happen if someone bid on and won an auction, then had finance declined and was unable to complete the transaction?

Don’t bid at auction unless you have preapproval for a certain amount. When the hammer goes down you have bought the property.
The penalties might be able to be explained by someone.
