    Given my situation….

    Net salary of $3300 p.m with monthly saving of $2300. What strategy would you opt, if you had the same desire of buying atleast, say, 10 properties (within next 3-6 years)with + cash flow as target.

    Any ideas?

    if i was able to save $2300 i’d be buying a heap more than 10 properties in the next 3-6 years.

    RT,

    Here are some idea’s

    – Start Researching and looking for +ve Cashflow Properties.
    – Get to a lender and talk. FInd out your position from them in relation to lending power.

    Get these going then you can start you your adventure.
