    whilst dealing with a solicitor recently in QLD i was told that the wrapee cannot have the place as his or her proncple place of residence. is this correct and if so can anyone tell me why[?]

    That sounds very strange and therefore I suspect it to be wrong. Can’t think of any reason why it would be correct.
