    Hi, Ive just finished reading Steve’s book & was wondering if anyone can help me out with either of the following?
    1-Can anyone recommend an accountant who understands the virtues of cash positive investing, that is located on the Northern beaches of Sydney?
    2- Can anyone shed some light on the pro’s & cons of purchasing properties through your own company rather than in your own name?
