I noticed in Steve’s book that he encourages use of the forum to highlight good investment opportunties that we might not be able to take advantage of ourselves. In return we could expect a spotters fee if someone was prepared to act on the deal.
I am relatively new to this forum and I’m not sure I have seen this happen yet.

If it is something that could happen how does the process work to ensure one would receive their fee.

Can someone clear this up for me.

Also is is appropriate for some of us newcomers to run potential deals through the forum for your opinion particularly Steve

    Kind regards

I think it a good idea to run deals for comment.

Be careful of identifying them though as you might find someone else likes it too!

    gocats,

I have seen a few people on here previously mentioned deals they have found but can’t take on usually due to finance or location.

But it goes without saying not to broadcast it to the world.

    Good Luck.

    Cheers,
    Teylu
