Perhaps a few extra details could be on some use.

    Where is green point?
    Block size?
    cost?
What is on the ajoining blocks?

Thought I would add my bit as I live in a neighbouring suburb.
Green Point is a good suburb. Very central to all areas on the Central Coast.
Capital Growth is still going. Not much under 400k.
Rent should return around $280. Certainly not for + gearing but good for CG.

ive been living on the central coast for about 15 years and have noticed quie a lot of change. especially in the erina, gosford and terrigal areas. green point aswell. it is in a good location near erina fair and near gosford station. quiet area and with a majority of middle class residents.
the coast is definitely growing, just to notice all the new developments around the area (residential and commercial) to give you an indication of much bigger things that will lie ahead. green point is definitely a good option.

    regards
