Help with Finance in Brisbane..

G’day all, looking to plunge into my 1st IP. Any suggestions whom to contact in Brisbane/SEQ re Finance?
Questions, such as:
1. Maximum LVR’s in areas like Warwick, Stanthorpe etc
2. Which lenders will Capitalise Mortgage Insurance (I’ve read that some banks will do this)
3. Valuations, which banks will value just prior to settlement (after doing removations) or soon after settlement.
