Small Investor – Setup a Company or not??

As a smalltime investor – is it worth setting up a company or are they too expensive to set up, difficult to run etc [?]

Are there any advantages in setting up a company [?]

As a normal taxpayer – Can you get the same sort of tax advantages as a company [?]
