Just a quick thought. How are people raising the money for property investment? This could be anything from taking a second job or using investments to try and build up the capital in order to invest further.
For your information I have started a small investment portfolio that gives pretty reasonable returns (in theory as it has just been going a few days now), the profits from which will be used as deposits for the properties. It sounds a reasonable plan, but lets see.
Would be interested to see what others are doing.

We are just starting out too. Only have enough to maybe get 2 or 3 to start off with. Our plan is to renovate our PPOR then sell. Buy another PPOR and renovate again. Using leftover profit from the first reno to buy more IP’s. etc etc.

10% Managed Funds
40% Property (residential + commercial)
10% Businesses (private)These give good cashflows for further acquisitions
