I’ve got several properties and I’m just starting to feel the pinch. I’ve followed the 12 second rule (or close enuf) and feel that Ive boobooed somewhere.
I think your experience could be of help to others, would you mind elaborating on how you went about buying the properties and why you think you have “boobooed”.
I am sure others could shed some light to assist your situation also.

the problem was you used the 12 second rule.
i know you are big advocate in doing things differently but that extra second can be a killer.
