    I have just been to the want a home link and for $3500 they get you a house is this vendoring or what sorry if it sounds nieve

    I’ve checked out the site and it has some useful information with regards to process involved in building house (minimal detail but informative).

    I believe (though not certain) that the $3500 is a deposit required. It seems to be a vendor finance deal, although they appear to be interested in building a home rather than finding an existing dwelling.
