young investor stubborn tennant UPDATE

Hi all
Firstly thanks for all the responce when l first put this topic up. it was wide and varied to say the least.l passed much of your combined wisdom onto my young friend.ok so this has what has happened.His property manager{who stuck by him even though the lease had expired}arranged for it to go to court to be settled.P/M sent letter to the elderly tennant advising her of the court date.The day after she recieved this letter her nephew rang the P/M to advise them that they had found her another unit and was moving that day.As the nephew was refusing to move her bla bla bla l think maybe he didn,t want to see his possible inheritance goin up in legal fees.one really shouldn,t summise though should one?anyway young invester now happy and busy painting his new home and l really hope the elderly lady hasn,t been too upset by the whole mess.l wonder if the govt. realises some of the problems they have caused with this first home owners grant.l guess the real problems will show in the multitudes when the interest rate goes up.There may be more 11 sec,s on the market than anyone could wish for
