    ..Ok, the wife is working Sat/Sun, the kids have new mice to play with…..

    Im going to get my nose dirty and get stuck into the “0 to 130 properties” book. I should have heaps of time to read over the weekend.

    Ive researched this well:-
    – Capital outlay for the book….$20
    – A drink with Guana …. $3
    – Quiet time to read…..”priceless”

    – or was it “Mr. Green” in the “Study” with a “rope”….

    you can finish that book in a day but of course…chew on every bit Steve said.
