    Has anyone tried Peritus’s – Rental Property Simulator. It appears to be a very good IP tool for the price but I would like hear any pro’s and cons prior to making a purchase.

    Any comments would be much appreciated. [:)]

    Have you looked at a freebie from “www.ez-rent.com” Downloaded it myself recently and it is an excellent programme for analysis.
