    i am a married man who is currently paying off our house in Alexander heights we have about 60%equity in it and we earn around 100K between us are we in a good position to buy rental properties and if so does anyone know what banks will lend us in terms of dollars. Regards Lindsay

    You could do this very simply by opening any banks website and use their online calculators.
    You are in a good position to invest.
