    Hi crew!
    As you can tell by the following question I am a begginner, getting more confused every day.[8)]
    If anyone could clarify the following please.
    A) What is the exact % you pay in CGT when u sell a property for a profit?
    B) Does it go up incrementally depending on your profit?
    C) Does the % vary if you are a LTD Company, a business or a company.
    I am currently in the UK and have heard that CGT has been reduced considerably recently, is this true?
    We will be living in WA when we get back, I don’t know if CGT varies from state to state or not.
    Any help would be muchly appreciated.[:)]
