    Does anyone have any infomation on Lease Options. Any Forms or are their any others attempting to do this is SA or any other state.

    How many properties is it reasonable to assume to achieve in say 1 year/1 month?

    I am only new in investing and don’t have any equity or capital. Lease Option seems to be my only option.

    Are their any web sites that you can suggest?

    The number of properties you can buy depends on many factors including your income, and deposits (or equity), and the price range of the properties.
