    Hi Felicity,
    As one mum to another, i just wanted to say your posts have been inspirational to me. I just read your post about how you bought 11 properties in such a short space of time and had a couple of questions….

    1. I would like to use investors also for the deposits. Where do you suggest I start advertising for investors, or did you do it by word of mouth, friends etc…. ???

    2. I am also have probs finding a good broker. If yours is good, do you mind passing me their contact details?

    Glad you put my name in the topic line, it’s busy in here at the moment!
