When you say “building up our properties” do you mean baying a land and developing or you only buy establish once?
We have that a bit subdivision but I found it very slow process and nerve breaking one as well so I am looking in other ways to invest.

No, only older types, around 20 yrs+.
I just mean buying as many as we can.
New ones would usually be negative geared.
