    Hello people

I am thinking of buying an IP in Brisbane.

Does anyone know about Redland Shire area ?
I am planing to look at the areas such as Cleveland, Thornland, Redland Bay, Ormiston and Victoria Pt. And also Alexendra Hill and Capalaba.

Which area would you recommend ? ( I am after a good CG).
I saw a few ads for land sale in Clevelend, Ormiston and Redland Bay in bayside realestate newspaper.

Will the land sale affect on CG ?
Is there anything or area I should watch out.

P.S I already had an IP in Wellington Pt. But I have a limited knowledge on other suburbs in Redlandshire

    Thanks

Hi 6×1. I personally like Redland Bay (have mentioned it a few times on this forum, or Victoria Point as it is my belief that they (as well as the Redland Shire ) still have plenty of growth left in them and traditionally bayside suburbs on the east coast of Australia have always been good performers. Yield will not be as good as was approx 6mth-2yrs ago (because of recent growth) but you mentioned that you are after good CG so you could do a lot worse than Redland Bay. Hope this helps.

    Regards

    Marty
