    Nobody seems to have any ideas on Wagga. Adelaide seems to be a good area. Any thoughts?

    Unfortunately, like many of us, you’ve missed the boat on Adelaide.

    Adelaide has one of the higher property price growths over the last 12 months or so. Rent prices have gone nowhere – infact down in some suburbs.

    There are still some reasonable offerings far north of the city (Elizabeth etc) or far south (Noarlunga) but that’s about it. Rural centres in SA are average at best with a declining population in many cases.
