    Just like to know where members think that some growth is still likely even considering the sharp rises in price recently. I ‘ll start with

    1) QLD
    Caboolture, Morayfield, Redcliffe, Kallangur and surrounding areas.
    All these areas still seem reasonably priced
    (especially compared with Sydney pricing), have good facilities, reasonably close to water, roughly 40mns from Brissy.
    2) W.A.
    Rockingham and surrounding areas for reasons being roughly same as QLD explanation above.
