I’m only new to this game but am keen to learn asap.Wondering if anybody could put me onto any reading matter for some good start-up knowledge.

as far as books go ‘real estate riches’ is great , by Dolf de Roos. it’s in the rich-dad series. His other book ‘101 ways to increase the value of your property’ is worth a look too.!
Steve’s Property Secrets Revealed is a great starting point too,

There are heaps of other things but this is a good start and will take you a while to chew through this.
Remember to learn but also practice as you go. Get out there and meet agents and see what they have to say.Hope this helps.

I agree with maximus that Fast Track is a great starting point for around only $15.
Also a tip is to go to the library with the list of books you are after and start there, as you can always go and buy the ones you liked best. Saving every penny helps to buy more properties.

Set up a few spreadsheets for where to invest, how to invest, investment structures, finances…
When you read the forum and found something interesting cut and paste into your spreadsheets for future reference.
