    Hi All,
    I am new so pls excuse any dumb q’s. I have just signed to buy a property on the slope of a mountain in the GC Hinterland. The property has been standing on a floating concrete slab for 20 yrs & as far as I could see, no cracks etc.I have requested the usual, bldg rpt + a soil test rpt. Are there any rpts that any1 can think of that I should request to be sure (to be sure) as I dont want it to end up down the bottom of the mtn ?

    I have just brought a property at canoungra.
    The building inspection was done by Warren Stevens, Coastwide
    0407 644 568, 1300 137 414.
    He apparently does an excellent job and I will check, but the card says, he also does depreciation schedules.
    You also need to do a pest inspection.

    I think he will check the slope, mine has a little slope to the back , but not serious.
