My book is now finished and whizzing around the publisher’s printer literally at the moment.
I have ordered 1,000 ‘advance’ copies which will be for sale exclusively from this website from the middle of next week.
It will also be available from bookstores from approximately the 4th August. They might be a little hard to find though as the publisher has only done a print run (despite what I told them!) for bookstores of 6,000.
Of course, I’ll be happy to address and sign the books sold from the site, so if you’d like an ‘author signed’ edition then be quick when the opportunity presents itself next week. We’re coming up to 10,000 members and I only have 1,000 copies allocated to me.
Also, there is a book launch being planned… I’ll let you know more as you’re definitely invited!!!!
Cheers,
Steve McKnight

I feel like I have accomplished something if I can manage to read a book from cover to cover,[] but to write one must be a very proud moment for you and Julie.
Looking forward to reading it. I’m sure I won’t be able to put it down. Should make my Xmas list a bit easier!
I couldn’t agree with Del more! Finding that spare moment to read… perhaps whilst preparing a grill for me boys…ay Steve? [] []
I’m really looking foward to your book to be out on the shelves! I’ve told my friends about it, so I hope they wait until they buy the book before investing!
The book is the pet project that I have been working on since January… my first formally published masterpiece about how to build financial independence using property.
Cheers,
Steve McKnight

Congrat’s Steve, count me on for a copy too. I know how far you have come!Sorry i can’t make it to your Book launch, I’m sure that it will be a great day for you and Jules will be proud of you.
Are you going to let us in on the Title?
Congratulations! I’m in the process of trying to write a book myself (not so much on property investment, but on how to do your own settlement/conveyancing for residential IPs you buy), and am looking forward to the feeling when I finally finish it!
Anyway, I’m keen on a copy of your book too Steve. Always on the lookout for more learning material.
BTW – just for budgeting purposes, how much do I need to save up for your book?
