    Dear Everyone,
    I came across a website in the US that pays cash for referrals of motivated sellers (www.thecashguys.com – something like that), ie the person who did the referral got some good cash and the investor got some good investment opportunities. Is there anything similar in Australia? specifically melbourne? i am buurning to start investing in property but haven’t got any savings or savings history.

    Also, what are people’s thoughts about buying property with nothing down in australia?

    Hey banana,

    I have heard of nothing exactly like you talk about but I know of many people who offer a cash payment for a lead that comes to fruition. Also there are many ways to do no money down deals in Australia. You just gotta find the vendors motivated enough to do the deal.
