will all this ‘giving’ going on – now its my turn. for all those property gurus out there – i have a proposal. if someone can find me a 10 pct returning property, pref house in Victoria in the next 2 weeks, i will pay them either a percentage of the returns on an ongoing basis or a one off commission.
im just kidding – i think. let me know if your interested. earn an income w/out putting up the capital.
