land tax threshold & tenants in common

We own an IP as tenants in common (me 40%, other half 60%). This is our only IP to date and its land value is below the NSW land tax threshold. We are thinking of buying another IP – which may or may not take us over the threshold. Does any know how whether the threshold apply to each person in % as on title, or to both equally (50% each), or? Thanks.
