    Hi guys,

this is for those of you who are full time wrappers. when you meet people and they ask you what you do, how do you reply without giving a speech?

i’m trying to create a “script” so that it is short, simple and makes teh listener want to ask you more. here’s my tentaive script:

“i help people invest in reale state and create capital gain and a monthyl income stream from day one”

    or

“I help people invest in real estate that makes from day one”

    anybody care to comment?

    thanks

    Howz this sound,
“I have a business that creates the opportunity for people to purchase their own home, where they normally could not”
    Or something like that.[;)]

I would say: “I help people to own their own home”
    Hope this helps?

I’m not a wrapper so you can except or reject this.

“I invest in Real Estate to create win-win situations. I get capital gains and an income while helping others, who may have a trouble getting a loan, into their own home.”

I like Scott’s suggestion, I used it the other day and it went over well, I don’t see why this wouldn’t work on money partners.

    Hi

    I also like Scott’s suggestion.

The reason is that it focuses on the benefits to the other person rather than focusing on self……just my humble opinion..

    Take care
    Dave [:)
