Hi everyone;I am planning to take on this style of investing because I believe it has a win win scenario for both the vendor and wrappee. Can anybody comment on how difficult it is to actually find the client first before buying a property or is this a definite no no. I am only concerned that I may end up with a property that takes forever to sell, which may force me to then rent it out or sell it. Can anyone help me here

Have you read the vendor finance/wraps forum topics. there are many similar queries/answers. do a search and see what you come up with.there is one called chicken or the egg. good luck. Lynne

    rfcricho,

Why not just try out some ads in local papers. They cost all of about $20 per week and you will immediately get the answer to your question =) It really depends on the demand for this type of finance in the area you are considering.

wrapping seems high risk and allot of extra work toi me. I prefer to just let an agent manage my property.
