    Guys,
    Is Property with positive rental income a good way to earn passive income? Maybe only with multi unit apartments? Kiyosaki earns $100,000 a year on rental income alone he claims.

    According to Kiyosaki, the only quadrant to earn Passive Income is the Business and Investor quadrants.

    Now the ways to earn passive income and to be wealthy… most people choose Business as their vehicle.

    This business is really great, as I can do it part-time, and earn passive income weekly.

    Then another way is property with positive rental income. I still dont know if anyone is doing that with like 50 positive cashflow houses. Less than 10 just isnt enough.

    Anyone doing stock market as their vehicle?
