roebourne, w.a., might be someone’s cup of tea

There’s a duplex (1x 2 b/r, 1x 1b/r) for sale in Roebourne, WA, far north-west, pop 1200, costs $80,000, rent is apparently $230 all up… been on market for over 12 months, agent indicated vendor will take lower offer… rented to indigenous folk, but they’re not “into” signing leases etc, however the agent reckons it’s always tenanted. Didn’t get as far as doing building inspections etc.

After doing a ring around, I have decided not to pursue it at this early stage in my IP career, but someone else might be interested… agent’s name is Andrew Carr from LJ Hooker, 0418 937 324.
