Checklist for Buying Properties

Hi all,

iam all set to buy my first investment property so i just to know from all those experienced people who have done it zillion times when they bought their property.

for example how to choose a surburb(residex)
then what are all the other ways fo finding the capital growth ,pest control,rental returns.

can everyone put in all their ideas so that we newbies cannot wrong .
