    Hi

    Im new, and new to investing. I would like to know if anyone has an opinion in buying from the Cth games site in Parkville Vic – Im told that there will be approx 10 houses and the rest appartments. Its a great site, established, etc. A site like this would surely have good growth (location, site dynamics etc). I believe some house prices will be in excess of $650K not sure about the appartments.
