    Hi all,

    Can anyone give me some insight into rental rates for fully furnished houses / appartments? Is there a general markup you can place on the weekly rental if furnished or is it something that is more measured by what the specific area will “accept”

    You will find $50 to be an average. However, this will differentiate by suburb, area, and possibly even property type.
