    Just a note to everybody – what a great site!

    I only registered yesterday and haven’t stopped reading all the info available. I currently own 2 ip’s and have been very happy with their performance. Funny thing is, while I am investing with my future retirement in mind, I really enjoy the whole process of property dealing.

    Anyway, I am going to seriously look for 2 more ip in regional Victoria that I can rent now and holiday in later. If one is happy to buy away from the coast there are some really good deals around.
