    I’m the one who gave ING the flick and got a ST G. Portfolio Loan & structured it with help from those of you who gave me some important info on it.
    Well I just have to share my excitement!!!
    Purchased duplex, got early access, our settlement was last Thursday. Put add in paper for sale last Saturday saying “currently under refurbishment,prior inspections welcome.(Even though it’s not quite finished I must say we’ve done a fabulous job) had contract by 3pm that arvo. All going well, $14k clear profit for 1 weeks hard labour.
    Not bragging, just really happy.
