Hi, can anybody point me towards where I could get examples of, or purchase, or generally find out what I need to know (in terms of the paperwork, agreements) required to set up a situation where the seller holds back some of the mortgage. It’s known as vendor financing, not to be confused with wrapping which is another form of vendor financing.

    thanx

Mu understanding is that all you would need to do is get a solicitor to write up a 2nd mortage contract.

Carleton Sheets – a US ‘guru’ talks alot about this is his programs….
