    I noticed in another question that several investors do not like the concept of investing in Serviced Apartments.

    What about Aged Care Properties where the rent is 85% of the Aged Pension plus 85% of the Aged Care supplement?

    The yield is very good but financing can be a bit difficult I understand. The banks won’t lend much against them?[?]
