Hi, I’m about to launch into property investing and would appreciate any thoughts on my proposed strategy. My aim is to buy 2 properties at about $150K each, one achieving positive cash-flow (maybe in S.A. as they seem to be doing well there) for a sit and hold strategy. I would then like to buy, renovate and sell at least 2-3 properties a year making a $15-20K profit each time. Does this sound realistic? I am in NSW and am also thinking of buying in big regional centres to achieve these purchase prices. Any ideas, tips etc. Much appreciated.
