    Hi,
can anyone please point me to a website or a source for a simple property investment analysis spreadheet (preferably free of course!) that could be used to do some number crunching for a proposed IP?
    Thanks,
    Spocky

Thanks for that – I did actually try it last week but I had difficulties…the program updates system files and as I am at work the administrators wont allow that. I will try it at home. Does anyone else have an app in excel?
    Thanks,
    Spock

    Yes,

I have nearly finished my website and there is a free excel spreadsheet that will do what you want.
    Should be finished by tonight.

    Hi everyone,

I just thought I would comment that EZ-Rent seems really comprehensive and a great analysis program to use. I have just tried it on a property I am looking at buying and when you look at the whole picture, things are not always as rosy as they look to start with!
Thanks for making it available free! I will definitely be using it in future.

    Hi Spocky,

Finally got the website up and running! (still need to double check everything is working but you can download the spreadsheet if you want.)

You can have a look at what the spreadsheet can do at http://www.apim.com.au/apdm.htm

or download it directly at http://www.apim.com.au/apdmdownload.htm
