Hello Everyone,
Has anyone had experience with wrapping commercial or industrial properties or with residential properties worth over $1m? I’m a newbie to this forum and generally get the jist of what wrapping is about. We already have several IPs which ar all tennanted and positively geared. Or is wrapping only attractive at the lower end of the market?
Any comments would be appreciated.
