    Hi Guys,

    I am very keen to purchase a property that a friend is selling. Unfortunately he listed the property with an Agent last week. The Agent has sole rights to sell the property.

    Q. Am I able to purchase this property from him direct and skip the Agent or will I be required to pay the Agent his commission.
