    SA is South Africa.
    I know a lot of people here want +ve geared property but has any one looked at South Africa(stay away from Jo’Burg)
    I was over there last year and interest rates were 14+% in a side area you can pickup a fantastic house for around 200K (with exchange rates) that will rent above 15%.
