    I am thinking of buying a house in Queensland.
    The majority of the houses in the suburbs I am interested, are Queenslanders.

    Does anyone know what sort of maintenance Queensalnder houses require ?
    I presume they will require more caring that brick ones.

    In terms of resale, which one is better ?

    Can someone tell me more about Queenslander houses please ?

    What are you buying the property for 6×1. Hold, reno, etc. That will give me a frame to answer if you would like me too.
